Job OverviewWe are looking for a driven and well-connected Advertising Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who can open new business opportunities, build strong relationships with brands and agencies, and generate revenue through advertising sales across digital, social media, broadcast, and other media platforms.
Requirements
- Identify, approach, and secure new advertising clients for the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and key business contacts.
- Develop tailored advertising proposals and media plans based on client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value advertising deals.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively.
- Generate advertising revenue across digital, social media, broadcast, and other media platforms.
- Consistently work toward meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Contribute directly to revenue growth and wider company expansion.
Requirements
- Proven experience in advertising sales, media sales, or business development is required.
- A strong professional network in Dubai, especially with brands, agencies, or both, is highly valued.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills are required.
- The candidate should be able to understand client needs and turn them into suitable advertising solutions.
- Experience with high-budget campaigns would be an advantage.
- Understanding multi-platform media such as TV, digital, outdoor, and social media would be beneficial.
- Comfort using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms is expected.
- Familiarity with presentation, reporting, communication, and documentation tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, email marketing tools, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace is preferred.
- The candidate should be self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment.
- The candidate should be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
