  • Use sales, networking, and business development skills to identify suitable merchant opportunities.
  • Represent Maaly Pay professionally in conversations with businesses across retail, hospitality, luxury, services, and e-commerce sectors.
  • Participate in product and sales training provided by the company.
  • Work toward performance-based earnings through successful merchant onboarding and transaction-volume growth.
Requirements
  • Strong interest or background in crypto, blockchain, fintech, Web3, digital assets, or payment solutions is required.
  • The candidate should be confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Experience or interest in sales, networking, and real business relationship building is important for this role.
  • The candidate should be motivated to earn through performance-based commissions.
  • The candidate should be able to work independently and professionally.
  • The candidate must be based in the UAE.
  • Experience in merchant acquiring, POS sales, banking, financial services, B2B sales, luxury retail, hospitality networking, or business development is highly preferred.
  • Fluency in one or more of the listed business languages is required, including English, Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Urdu, Hindi, Persian, Turkish, French, or other major business languages.
