Requirements
- Handle customer enquiries professionally through call center and customer care channels.
- Provide clear and helpful information to clients contacting the real estate consultancy.
- Communicate effectively with customers from different language backgrounds.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during client interactions.
- Support the company in delivering responsive and reliable customer service.
- Follow up on customer enquiries when required and help maintain a positive client experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a call center role is required.
- Experience within the UAE real estate sector is preferred.
- Bilingual candidates are required.
- Russian, Urdu, Farsi, or Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.
- Strong customer service and communication skills are important for this role.
- The candidate should be able to communicate professionally with clients in a call center environment.
- Candidates with their own UAE residence visa are preferred.
- The candidate should be available to work full-time and in person in Dubai.
Benefits
- Monthly salary from AED 3,000 to AED 3,500.
- Commission in addition to the monthly salary.
