Job OverviewNovara Language Institute is hiring a bilingual English and Persian-speaking English Language Teacher to teach ESL students in Dubai. This role is suitable for an active, adaptable, and student-focused teacher who can deliver engaging English lessons and support learners in a multicultural classroom environment.
Requirements
- Teach English language skills, including speaking, reading, writing, and listening.
- Support students in Farsi when needed to improve understanding and learning outcomes.
- Prepare and deliver engaging English lessons for students.
- Track student progress and provide clear progress updates when required.
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and supportive classroom environment.
- Use strong classroom management skills to keep lessons organized and effective.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit student needs and classroom dynamics.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Farsi is required.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Teaching experience is preferred.
- TEFL or TESOL certification is a plus.
- UAE experience is an advantage.
- Strong English communication skills are required.
