Job OverviewWe are looking for a Persian-speaking Client Advisor to introduce PassBeyond’s European residency and citizenship programmes to high-net-worth clients across the Gulf region. This remote role is suited for a trusted, well-connected professional who already has relationships with entrepreneurs, business owners, investors, and senior professionals, and can guide clients through Greek property investment opportunities with honesty, patience, and credibility.
Requirements
- Introduce PassBeyond to high-net-worth individuals within your existing professional network.
- Help clients understand the investment requirements, timelines, risks, and long-term benefits of European residency and citizenship options.
- Guide clients from the first conversation through the full process until their permit is secured.
- Build trust through genuine conversations rather than scripts, cold calling, or pressure tactics.
- Work remotely while coordinating with PassBeyond’s Athens headquarters.
- Support clients interested in Greek property investment as a pathway to European residency or citizenship.
- Use a relationship-led advisory approach with entrepreneurs, investors, business owners, and senior professionals.
- Maintain a professional, honest, and patient approach when advising clients on major family and investment decisions.
Requirements
- Existing relationships with high-net-worth individuals in Iran or Persian-speaking communities are required.
- Fluent written and spoken English is required.
- Cultural fluency and a strong understanding of the communities served are important for this role.
- The candidate should be comfortable working with commission-only compensation.
- Strong integrity is essential, with a client-first approach and no pressure-based selling.
- Experience in real estate, immigration, wealth management, or financial services is highly desirable.
- Hindi, Urdu, Gujarati, Punjabi, or other regional language skills are highly desirable.
- The role is well suited to business owners, entrepreneurs, private bankers, wealth managers, lawyers, accountants, real estate professionals, community leaders, and well-connected diaspora professionals.
