Job OverviewWe are looking for a highly motivated Export Sales Executive to join our team in the auto spare parts sector, with a strong focus on the Iranian market. This role is suited for a sales professional who can manage export sales, build strong client relationships, support market growth, and communicate confidently in Persian and English.
Requirements
- Develop and execute export sales strategies focused on the Iranian market.
- Identify potential clients and build business relationships in Iran and other relevant regions.
- Manage existing and new export sales inquiries from initial contact through follow-up.
- Handle end-to-end sales activities, including negotiation, order processing, and customer service.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with customers.
- Research and analyze market trends in the auto spare parts industry.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and clients.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to support smooth export operations.
- Work with internal teams on order fulfillment and required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and trade policies.
- Conduct periodic business trips to Iran or other relevant regions when required.
- Work toward monthly and annual sales targets, new client acquisition, market expansion, timely shipment delivery, and customer retention.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in export sales is required, preferably in the auto spare parts sector.
- Experience working with the Iranian market is highly preferred.
- Fluency in Persian is required.
- Good English proficiency for business communication is required.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship skills are essential.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools is expected.
- The candidate should be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Strong business understanding, strategic thinking, and problem-solving ability are important for this role.
- Prior experience traveling to Iran for business purposes is required.
