Job OverviewWe are looking for a results-driven Wholesale Store Manager to lead a women’s handbags wholesale store in Deira, Dubai. This role is suited for a commercially focused retail and wholesale professional who can take ownership of store performance, drive B2B sales growth, build strong client relationships, and manage daily store operations with discipline and accountability.
Requirements
- Take full ownership of store sales performance and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Drive wholesale B2B sales channels for the women’s handbags business.
- Generate and convert new business leads, including wholesale clients across the UAE, GCC, and Africa.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, resellers, and business partners.
- Manage daily store operations, including cash handling, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Lead, train, and manage a small team of 2 to 3 staff members while maintaining productivity and accountability.
- Set clear sales KPIs with management and ensure disciplined execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to adjust sales strategies.
- Maintain high standards in visual merchandising, customer experience, and brand presentation.
- Oversee basic stock flow and coordination to support strong sales performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UAE wholesale is required, preferably in handbags, fashion, or accessories.
- A strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth is required.
- Experience in wholesale B2B development and client acquisition is highly preferred.
- Strong ability in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals is required.
- Experience in cash management and full store operations is expected.
- Proven leadership experience managing a small retail team is required.
- The candidate should be highly target-driven, proactive, and commercially focused.
- English language skills are required.
- Persian, Arabic, Russian, or French language skills are highly preferred.
