This Legal Center explains the terms, privacy practices, payment rules, cookie practices, and platform policies that apply to Persis Job.

Persis Job is owned and operated by Nexus Ryhn Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16846321, with its registered office at 124 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX.

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using Persis Job, you agree to the terms and policies set out in this Legal Center. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use Persis Job.

1. Introduction

Persis Job is a digital job advertising and application platform for employers, candidates, and visitors. The platform allows employers to publish job vacancies and related information, and allows candidates to discover jobs, submit applications, and interact with available application features.

These terms apply to all users of Persis Job, including visitors, candidates, job seekers, employers, company representatives, recruiters acting on behalf of employers, and any person or organization using the platform.

In this Legal Center:

  • “Persis Job”, “we”, “us”, or “our” means Persis Job as owned and operated by Nexus Ryhn Ltd.
  • “Platform” means the Persis Job website, related subdomains, software, services, features, email communications, dashboards, job posting tools, application tools, payment tools, and any related online services.
  • “Employer” means a company, organization, business, individual, or authorized representative that uses Persis Job to publish or manage job vacancies.
  • “Candidate” means a job seeker or individual using Persis Job to browse jobs, create a profile, submit a CV, apply for vacancies, or receive job-related information.
  • “User” means any visitor, employer, candidate, account holder, or person accessing or using the platform.
  • “Content” means any text, data, job post, company information, CV, resume, profile, application, message, file, image, document, or other material submitted, uploaded, generated, displayed, or made available through the platform.

2. Platform Role

Persis Job provides a digital job advertising and application platform.

Persis Job is not a recruitment agency, employment agency, staffing company, labour supplier, payroll provider, employer of candidates, immigration adviser, visa sponsor, or employment intermediary.

Persis Job does not:

  • directly recruit candidates;
  • screen, shortlist, assess, or select candidates on behalf of employers;
  • guarantee the suitability, availability, qualifications, identity, or background of any candidate;
  • guarantee the accuracy, legitimacy, availability, or suitability of any job vacancy;
  • arrange employment contracts between employers and candidates;
  • employ candidates;
  • manage salaries, payroll, employee benefits, tax withholding, or employee administration;
  • provide visa sponsorship, work permits, immigration services, or legal immigration advice;
  • guarantee interviews, job offers, placements, salaries, employment outcomes, or hiring results.

All recruitment decisions, interviews, assessments, offers, employment contracts, salaries, benefits, work permits, immigration requirements, onboarding, and employment relationships are solely between the relevant employer and candidate.

Employers are responsible for their own job posts, hiring processes, legal compliance, candidate communications, employment decisions, and employment relationships. Candidates are responsible for their own applications, CVs, profiles, communications, and decisions about whether to apply for or accept any opportunity.


3. Terms of Service

3.1 Eligibility

You may use Persis Job only if you are legally able to do so and if your use complies with these terms and all applicable laws.

If you are under 18 years old, you may use Persis Job only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using Persis Job, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

If you use Persis Job on behalf of a company, organization, or employer, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of that company, organization, or employer and to bind them to these terms.

3.2 Account Registration

Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or using an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may refuse registration, suspend accounts, restrict access, request additional information, or remove accounts where we believe it is necessary to protect the platform, users, legal compliance, or the integrity of Persis Job.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide through Persis Job is accurate, lawful, complete, and not misleading.

Employers are responsible for the accuracy of company information, job posts, salary information, location details, visa requirements, role descriptions, hiring requirements, and recruitment communications.

Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, CVs, resumes, skills, education, work history, language abilities, application details, and communications with employers.

3.4 Changes to the Platform

We may update, modify, suspend, replace, remove, or discontinue any part of Persis Job at any time. This may include changes to features, pricing, user dashboards, job posting tools, AI features, application tools, payment flows, email features, and platform availability.

We may also update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted in the Legal Center with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of Persis Job after changes are posted means that you accept the updated terms.


4. Employer Terms

4.1 Employer Responsibility

Employers are solely responsible for all job posts, organization profiles, hiring requirements, application handling, candidate communications, interviews, offers, employment contracts, visa requirements, salary information, and employment law compliance.

By using Persis Job as an employer, you confirm that:

  • you are legally authorized to advertise the relevant vacancy;
  • the job post is genuine, accurate, lawful, and not misleading;
  • the employer name, location, salary, role requirements, and job details are accurate;
  • any stated visa, work permit, or eligibility requirement is lawful and accurate;
  • you will handle candidate data responsibly and only for genuine recruitment purposes;
  • you will comply with applicable employment, labour, immigration, anti-discrimination, data protection, tax, and advertising laws;
  • you will not use Persis Job for scams, fake jobs, misleading hiring activity, unlawful recruitment, or improper data collection.

4.2 Employer Verification and Review

Employers are responsible for the information they provide. Persis Job does not guarantee that every employer, organization, job post, or hiring process has been independently verified.

However, Persis Job may review, approve, reject, edit, restrict, suspend, or remove employer accounts, organization profiles, job posts, paid promotions, or related content at its discretion. This may happen where we believe content is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, discriminatory, fraudulent, harmful, low quality, abusive, spam, unsafe, or inconsistent with these terms.

We may request additional information from employers to help verify account ownership, organization identity, job legitimacy, billing details, or compliance with platform rules.

4.3 Job Posts

Employers must ensure that job posts are clear, honest, and related to a genuine vacancy or opportunity.

Job posts must not:

  • misrepresent the employer, job title, salary, location, visa requirement, working hours, benefits, role duties, or hiring process;
  • advertise fake, expired, unavailable, or misleading jobs;
  • collect candidate data without a genuine recruitment purpose;
  • require unlawful fees from candidates;
  • promote visa scams, advance-fee schemes, fake training schemes, or misleading work permits;
  • include discriminatory, abusive, illegal, adult, exploitative, or harmful content;
  • copy content from third parties in a way that infringes rights or misleads users;
  • promote illegal goods, weapons, drugs, gambling schemes, financial scams, or other restricted activity.

Persis Job may remove or restrict job posts that violate these rules or that we reasonably believe may harm users or the platform.

4.4 Candidate Applications

Employers may access candidate application information only where a candidate applies to their job or otherwise chooses to share information through the platform.

Employers must use candidate information only for genuine recruitment and hiring purposes related to the job applied for. Employers must not sell, share, misuse, scrape, publish, or use candidate information for unrelated marketing, spam, harassment, fraud, profiling, or any unlawful purpose.

Employers are responsible for complying with applicable data protection and privacy obligations when handling candidate information.

4.5 Salary, Benefits, Visa, and Work Permit Information

Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of salary, benefits, visa, immigration, work permit, and eligibility information included in job posts or communicated to candidates.

Persis Job does not guarantee the accuracy of salary ranges, benefits, visa information, work permit requirements, or employment conditions.

Persis Job does not provide visa sponsorship, immigration advice, work permit services, relocation services, payroll services, or employment contract services.


5. Candidate Terms

5.1 Candidate Responsibility

Candidates are responsible for the information they provide through Persis Job, including profile information, CVs, resumes, skills, experience, education, languages, application answers, contact details, and communications with employers.

By using Persis Job as a candidate, you confirm that:

  • the information you provide is accurate, current, and not misleading;
  • you have the right to upload and submit any CV, resume, document, or content you provide;
  • you will not impersonate another person or submit false information;
  • you will communicate with employers honestly and professionally;
  • you understand that Persis Job does not guarantee interviews, job offers, hiring outcomes, salary, visa sponsorship, or employment.

5.2 Applications

Candidates may apply to jobs through Persis Job or, in some cases, through external employer websites or third-party application links.

When you apply to a job through Persis Job, your submitted application information may be shared with the employer or organization connected to that job post.

Employers may review your application and may contact you directly using the information you provide. Persis Job is not responsible for employer decisions, interview outcomes, hiring processes, employment offers, or communications outside the platform.

5.3 Candidate Safety

Candidates should use judgment when applying to jobs or communicating with employers. You should not make payments to employers or third parties in exchange for job offers, interviews, visas, work permits, training, or guaranteed employment unless you have independently verified the legitimacy and legality of the request.

You should report suspicious, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent job posts or employer communications to [email protected].



7. Payments and Refunds

7.1 Paid Employer Services

Persis Job may offer paid employer services, including job post visibility upgrades, promotional placements, featured badges, urgent badges, search boosts, homepage features, bundles, or other paid digital services.

Current paid services are one-time digital employer services. Persis Job does not currently offer active subscriptions unless expressly stated at the time of purchase.

Candidate use is currently free. Persis Job does not currently charge candidates to browse or apply to jobs.

7.2 Payment Processing

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize the payment provider to process the transaction.

Persis Job does not store full payment card details. Payment processing is handled by the relevant payment provider according to its own terms, security standards, and privacy practices.

Invoices for paid services may be issued by Nexus Ryhn Ltd.

7.3 Activation of Paid Services

Paid services may activate after successful payment confirmation. If a payment is not completed, fails, is cancelled, is reversed, is disputed, is refunded, or is otherwise not successfully received, Persis Job may refuse to activate, suspend, remove, or cancel the related paid service.

Paid visibility services may depend on platform availability, job post status, moderation status, technical conditions, and compliance with these terms.

7.4 Refund Policy

Paid digital services are generally non-refundable once activated, delivered, or made available.

Refunds may be considered only where:

  • required by applicable law;
  • a duplicate payment was made;
  • Persis Job failed to deliver the purchased service due to a technical issue caused by Persis Job; or
  • Persis Job determines, at its discretion, that a refund is appropriate.

Refunds are not normally provided where:

  • an employer changes its mind after purchase;
  • a job receives fewer views, clicks, or applications than expected;
  • an employer deletes, edits, pauses, or closes a job after purchase;
  • an employer violates these terms and the paid service is removed;
  • the employer provided inaccurate or incomplete job or billing information;
  • the service was delivered but did not produce a desired hiring result.

Persis Job does not guarantee a specific number of views, applications, interviews, hires, or business outcomes from any paid service.


8. Acceptable Use Policy

Users must use Persis Job lawfully, honestly, and responsibly.

You must not use Persis Job to:

  • post fake, misleading, expired, or unavailable jobs;
  • misrepresent an employer, company, candidate, role, salary, visa status, or hiring process;
  • collect personal data without a genuine recruitment purpose;
  • request unlawful or misleading payments from candidates;
  • promote visa scams, advance-fee job offers, fake work permits, or fraudulent recruitment;
  • post discriminatory, abusive, hateful, threatening, harassing, obscene, adult, exploitative, or unlawful content;
  • promote illegal work, illegal goods, weapons, drugs, gambling schemes, financial scams, or restricted activity;
  • infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
  • scrape, copy, crawl, harvest, or extract platform data without permission;
  • interfere with the security, availability, integrity, or performance of the platform;
  • upload malware, malicious code, harmful files, spam, or automated abuse;
  • create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions, moderation, payment obligations, or enforcement;
  • use candidate data for unrelated marketing, spam, profiling, resale, harassment, or unlawful purposes;
  • attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or misuse any part of the platform.

Persis Job may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict, suspend, remove, or terminate accounts, job posts, content, or access where we believe these rules have been violated.


9. AI and Automated Features

Persis Job may provide AI-assisted or automated features, including job draft assistance, salary suggestions, content warnings, resume summaries, job recommendations, matching features, and other automated tools.

AI and automated outputs are provided for assistance only. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, unsuitable, or inappropriate for a particular situation.

Users are responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and approving any AI-generated or automated output before relying on it or publishing it.

Employers remain responsible for ensuring that job posts, salary information, role descriptions, requirements, responsibilities, benefits, visa information, and hiring criteria are accurate, lawful, non-discriminatory, and suitable.

Candidates remain responsible for reviewing any AI-generated resume summary, profile suggestion, recommendation, or other candidate-facing output before relying on it.

Persis Job does not guarantee that AI-generated or automated content is accurate, complete, lawful, unbiased, suitable, or error-free.

Persis Job may monitor, log, store, process, review, or improve AI-related inputs and outputs where necessary to provide, secure, debug, improve, or moderate the platform, subject to applicable privacy laws and this Legal Center.


10. Privacy Policy

10.1 Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Persis Job collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information.

10.2 Personal Information We Collect

We may collect personal information that users provide directly, information generated through use of the platform, and information received from service providers or technical systems.

For candidates, this may include:

  • account login information;
  • profile information;
  • CV, resume, and uploaded documents;
  • skills, languages, education, work experience, and career information;
  • job applications;
  • application answers and related communications;
  • job preferences and email preferences;
  • usage, device, browser, log, and analytics data.

For employers, this may include:

  • name and contact details of account users;
  • business email address and phone number;
  • organization name and profile information;
  • company role or representative details;
  • job post content;
  • billing details;
  • payment status and transaction references;
  • invoice information;
  • communication records;
  • usage, device, browser, log, and analytics data.

For visitors and all users, this may include:

  • IP address;
  • device information;
  • browser type;
  • pages visited;
  • interaction data;
  • cookie identifiers;
  • approximate location based on technical data;
  • referral source;
  • error logs;
  • security logs;
  • communication preferences.

10.3 How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

  • provide, operate, maintain, and improve Persis Job;
  • create and manage user accounts;
  • allow employers to post jobs and manage applications;
  • allow candidates to apply for jobs;
  • share candidate applications with relevant employers;
  • process payments and issue invoices;
  • send service, security, account, payment, invoice, and operational emails;
  • send job alerts, recommendations, and marketing communications where permitted;
  • provide support and respond to requests;
  • detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, spam, abuse, security incidents, and platform misuse;
  • moderate job posts, accounts, and content;
  • operate AI-assisted and automated features;
  • analyze platform performance and user experience;
  • comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations;
  • enforce our terms and protect the rights, safety, and interests of Persis Job, users, and third parties.

10.4 Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable data protection law requires a lawful basis, we may process personal information based on one or more of the following:

  • performance of a contract or steps taken before entering into a contract;
  • legitimate interests, such as operating, improving, securing, and promoting the platform;
  • consent, such as for certain cookies, email preferences, or optional communications;
  • compliance with legal obligations;
  • protection of rights, safety, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.

10.5 Sharing Personal Information

We may share personal information in the following situations:

  • with employers when a candidate applies to a job or chooses to share application information;
  • with payment providers for payment processing;
  • with hosting, database, storage, email, analytics, monitoring, AI, and infrastructure providers;
  • with professional advisers, accountants, auditors, insurers, or legal advisers where necessary;
  • with authorities, regulators, courts, or law enforcement where required or permitted by law;
  • in connection with a business transfer, restructuring, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets;
  • where necessary to protect rights, safety, security, users, or the platform.

We do not sell user personal information to employers, advertisers, or unrelated third parties.

10.6 Service Providers

Persis Job may use third-party service providers to operate the platform. These may include providers for hosting, databases, file storage, content delivery, payments, email delivery, analytics, error monitoring, security, and AI-assisted features.

These providers may process personal information only as needed to provide services to Persis Job, subject to applicable legal and contractual safeguards.

Service providers may include infrastructure, payment, email, monitoring, analytics, advertising, and AI technology providers such as hosting providers, storage/CDN providers, Stripe, Resend, Sentry, Google tools, Meta tools, LinkedIn tools, and OpenAI or similar AI providers, depending on the features and services active at the relevant time.

10.7 International Transfers

Because Persis Job uses online infrastructure and service providers, personal information may be processed in countries outside the user’s country of residence. Where required by applicable law, we take steps designed to protect personal information when it is transferred internationally.

10.8 User Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:

  • access your personal information;
  • correct inaccurate personal information;
  • request deletion of personal information;
  • object to or restrict certain processing;
  • request portability of certain information;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • complain to a data protection authority.

Candidates may receive job alerts or job-related recommendations where enabled. Users can unsubscribe from marketing or job alert emails, but may still receive essential service, account, security, payment, invoice, and legal emails.



12. Data Retention and Deletion

Persis Job keeps personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the platform, operate user accounts, manage job posts and applications, process payments, issue invoices, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain security, enforce terms, and maintain business records.

This may include retaining:

  • account information;
  • employer organization information;
  • candidate profile and CV information;
  • job posts;
  • applications;
  • payment and invoice records;
  • support communications;
  • security, audit, and technical logs;
  • email preference and unsubscribe records.

Users may request account deletion or deletion of certain personal information by contacting [email protected].

Deletion requests may not require us to delete information that we need to retain for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, platform integrity, or legitimate business purposes.

If an account is deleted, some information may remain in backups, logs, invoices, payment records, employer application records, or archived systems for a limited period or as required by law.


13. Intellectual Property

Persis Job, the platform, software, design, interface, branding, logos, trade names, graphics, icons, databases, layouts, and platform content are owned by or licensed to Nexus Ryhn Ltd, except for user content and third-party content.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, scrape, reproduce, republish, or exploit any part of Persis Job without our prior written permission, except as expressly allowed by law or these terms.

Users retain ownership of content they submit, such as employer job posts, organization information, candidate profiles, CVs, resumes, and application materials. By submitting content to Persis Job, you grant Persis Job a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, reproduce, transmit, format, modify for technical purposes, and use that content as necessary to provide, operate, secure, improve, and promote the platform.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit any content you upload or publish through Persis Job.


14. Account Suspension and Termination

Persis Job may suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate accounts, job posts, content, paid services, or platform access at any time where we believe that:

  • a user has violated these terms;
  • information provided is inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful;
  • a job post is fake, discriminatory, unsafe, illegal, or harmful;
  • an account creates risk for users, Persis Job, payment providers, or third parties;
  • the platform is being misused;
  • payment has failed, been reversed, disputed, or refunded;
  • continued access may create legal, security, operational, financial, reputational, or compliance risk.

We may also remove or restrict content where required by law, requested by authorities, necessary for moderation, or necessary to protect users and the platform.

Termination or suspension does not affect rights or obligations that should reasonably continue, including payment obligations, refund limitations, intellectual property rules, data retention, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law.


15. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Persis Job is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Persis Job does not guarantee that:

  • the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
  • job posts will be accurate, genuine, current, lawful, or available;
  • employers will respond to applications;
  • candidates will receive interviews, offers, visas, or employment;
  • employers will find suitable candidates;
  • paid services will produce specific views, clicks, applications, interviews, hires, or business outcomes;
  • AI-generated or automated content will be accurate, complete, lawful, unbiased, or suitable;
  • external links or third-party websites will be secure, accurate, available, or lawful.

Persis Job is not responsible for:

  • employer hiring decisions;
  • candidate conduct;
  • employment contracts;
  • salary disputes;
  • payroll issues;
  • visa, work permit, immigration, or labour law issues;
  • workplace disputes;
  • background checks;
  • third-party websites;
  • external application forms;
  • user-generated content;
  • losses caused by inaccurate information provided by users;
  • interruptions, delays, or technical issues outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus Ryhn Ltd and Persis Job will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, opportunity, or anticipated savings arising from or related to use of the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.


16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexus Ryhn Ltd, Persis Job, and their directors, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and representatives from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • your use or misuse of Persis Job;
  • your breach of these terms;
  • your violation of applicable law;
  • content you submit, publish, or share;
  • inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, discriminatory, or fraudulent information you provide;
  • employer hiring activity, job posts, candidate handling, employment contracts, visa matters, or payroll matters;
  • candidate applications, profile information, CVs, or communications;
  • infringement of intellectual property, privacy, data protection, or other rights.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute or claim arising from or relating to Persis Job, the platform, or this Legal Center are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these terms, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
